Specialty Contact Lenses, Fitted with Precision & Care

As part of your comprehensive eye exam at Prairie Eye Care, we’ll evaluate your eye shape, tear quality, and lifestyle needs to recommend lenses that truly work for you, not just the ones that fit “most people.” It’s all part of our family eye care approach: personalized, honest, and built for the long run.

When Standard Contacts Aren’t Enough

If you’ve struggled with:

  • Blurry vision in regular lenses
  • Dryness or discomfort by midday
  • Trouble seeing clearly at near and far distances
  • Astigmatism that isn’t fully corrected
  • Progressive myopia in your child

Then specialty contact lenses might be the right option.

Contact Lens Types We Fit

Our optometrists will assess your prescription, corneal shape, tear film, and eye health to match you with the right lens type, including:

Toric lenses for astigmatism are custom-designed to fit the curvature of your eye and stay stable throughout the day.

Multifocal contact lenses provide smooth vision at multiple distances, especially helpful for patients over 40.

Myopia control lenses (MiSight®) are designed for children, slowing the progression of nearsightedness while providing clear, comfortable vision.
