COVID-19 PROCEDURE
As we continue to work to ensure the safety of our community, Prairie Eye Care will be moving to
appointment only.

Please call us to schedule an appointment for an eye exam, glasses pick up or glasses adjustment.

If you have an appointment...

Call the clinic from your vehicle/ outside to let us know you have arrived. You will be asked some questions regarding your health and to confirm your appointment time, then a staff member will let you in.

Please wear a mask into the clinic if you have one. We will provide masks for appointments when possible.

Please do not bring family/ friends to the appointment. A single caregiver for children under the age of 18 or a single translator/guardian/social worker will be allowed to accompany the patient.

You will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer upon entry into the clinic.

If you are not feeling well or have any symptoms consistent with COVID 19, please cancel your appointment and reschedule for another time. If you are unsure about your symptoms, you may access the provincial COVID screening guide here.
